Nhi Phi Hotel - Nha Trang

The room was comfortable and clean, with all the basic amenities provided. the hotel is located in a prime area, making it easy to access restaurants and shops nearby. We also enjoyed the complimentary breakfast that offered a variety of dishes to choose from.

The pool was disappointing and definitely not worth the extra cost. It was small, overcrowded, and lacked amenities like cushions on the loungers or towels.

Nhi Phi Hotel is located about 2 minutes of walking from the beach, the staff was friendly and the room was big and clean. The pool on the top was perfect as well. Seems like the hotel is quite new. I can only recommend this hotel and next time in Nha Trang, I will book again there.

We were not aware on booking this hotel that it was not officially open yet, therefore there were wires hanging from the ceiling, the swimming pool was not finished and there was a lot of building work going on. The restaurant and bar were also not yet open. Our balcony also faced onto the stairs and reception area which is pretty pointless. On checking out and trying to pay with credit card I got asked if I can pay cash!! In a 4 star hotel???? It took 5 members of staff and half an hour to take the payment and finally let us check out.

This hotel in the lively heart of the city offers great value for money. The staff are attentive and go above and beyond to assist with any queries or requests. The rooms come with amazing big beds and inward-facing balconies, ensuring a peaceful stay. The breakfast included offers a good variety with various choices to start your day.

Staff does not speak much English, but friendly. Spa was not open. Buisness Center was not ready etc. No enery for 1 hour, because the construction is not fully completet. Lots of dust because work is still in progress.

Some aspects of the hotel can be frustrating, such as the staff's insistence on keeping guests' passports and demanding full payment upfront.

It was my first time spending Christmas in this city and I'm glad I booked my stay here. The room was very clean and spacious, with a large flat-screen TV and free breakfast. The location was ideal, only a short walk to the beach and close to many restaurants and shops. I also enjoyed the rooftop pool with a great view of the city.

This hotel was well-located, just a short walk away from the beach and within easy reach of local attractions. The facilities were clean and well-maintained, and we particularly enjoyed the rooftop pool with its fine views.
